Storage and Consumption
Keep your Ghraoui chocolate in a cool and dry place at 18°C or below with a humidity of 50-60%. You may also keep them in the refrigerator wrapped in a tightly sealed plastic bag in order to prevent condensation from forming on the chocolate. Always bring the chocolate back to room temperature before opening the sealed bag.
Avoid temperature fluctuations, as this can cause the chocolate to melt and may lose its gloss or flavor. The chocolates are best consumed fresh and should not be exposed to sunlight or a direct source of heat.
